We were on the red line with two different drivers who gave details on the loop. Great job with Mike R and Potter. A good value

Turned out the line I wanted which included Pearl Harbour (and the reason I purchased this ticket) was cancelled in 2021! 😡 I had to Uber back to a major Hotel stop ($30 USD) and then had to wait an hour for a trolley to appear. The driver kept accepting people after it was full so many people were ‘strap hanging’ and he he didn’t enforce the no standing in the stairwell policy! I got off at the stop where you can change lines only to be told that there were 150 people ahead of me for the blue line (so hours to wait in the hot sun) and a 45 minute wait for the red line (not my preferred option) so I gave up. A total waste of money!

Mike saved the day and was a kind and fun tour guide. The other two guys both on pink line were complete jerks! The last one at 4 was so unbelievably rude to us we are handicapped and old we can only go so fast. He embarrassed us twice on one short trip so much so that we got off the bus at the first stop. If we hadn’t had such a great trip with Mike I would have asked for a refund. This was Oct 8, 2022 the other two jerks should take a customer service class on how to speak to customers. This review has 5 stars because of Mike. If the other two jerks would have zero stars
