This tour, led by the inimitable James Otis, is a must for anyone stepping foot in Boston. Mr. Otis was the embodiment of everything you’d want in a guide - knowledgeable, funny, lively. Huzzah!

The group was so large that even with the tour guide speaking very loudly you could barely hear him. Maybe you should consider giving them a microphone to use so everyone can hear him over all the other noises like cars trucks music or limit the number of people in each tour so he doesn’t have to yell and people still can’t hear. I’m very disappointed and feel it was a waste of money as I couldn’t hear half the things he was saying.

Groups are cap at 30 We made room for a couple or rescheduled guests because of rain. No one seemed to have a problem with the best tour guide in Town.

Very informative and entertaining. Great value. John Gill did a great job and I learned a lot even though I was born and raised in Massachusetts.
