Segui-Kirby Smith House

A home to a famous Confederate General who's Mother still keeps watch.

Spanish Military Hospital Museum

This hospital is on the oldest street in the United States. We'll spend time here discussing it's horrible past.

Antiques and Uniques Collectibles

This now closed and haunted establishment was once the Old City jail. Highly active investigators will not go in.

Ximenez-Fatio House Museum

A beautiful three story coquina stone home who past residence still linger today.

We had a great time our guy was amazing with the tour. We come up all the time so he told us different story’s that we didn’t know about. So it was phenomenal.

We did this tour as a family for my daughter’s 13th birthday. We’re locals, so we’ve done several of St Augustine’s ghost tours but this might be my new favorite! I really enjoyed the Aviles Street portion of the tour. Our guide was both personable and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job sharing a few new (to us) stories about the Oldest City’s less…corporeal inhabitants. Highly recommend!

Ephraim has a lot of knowledge about the history of buildings in St. Augustine. The paranormal aspect was also interesting. A good walking tour to take if you’re not high energy-enough stops to rest. Not too scary for those who want more in the way of interesting stories and history.
