Please note this is a walking tour. The streets are uneven and require good shoes. We will walk less than a mile with plenty of stopping.
Florida has lifted ALL mask mandates; we ask that you do what you need to feel safe on the tour. To wear a mask or not will be of your choosing. Please note that we will be in a group and to stand 6 feet apart will not allow you to properly hear the narrative.

Segui-Kirby Smith House

A home to a famous Confederate General who's Mother still keeps watch.

Spanish Military Hospital Museum

This hospital is on the oldest street in the United States. We'll spend time here discussing it's horrible past.

Antiques and Uniques Collectibles

This now closed and haunted establishment was once the Old City jail. Highly active investigators will not go in.

The Ximenez-Fatio House

A beautiful three story coquina stone home who past residence still linger today.

We all had a great time, even the youngest of the group who was 9. With it being summer and still daylight it didn’t feel quite as spooky but I would love to repeat this same tour at night. We loved all the historical information that the tour guide provided.

The tour included a variety of ages and everyone had a great time including my teenage boys (not an easy feat). I have been on several ghost tours and personally enjoyed the mix of history, the tour guides own experiences, stories he’s heard and the slight bit of humor (not too much). He also sent pics of apparitions seen on the tour.

E. was the absolute best! Knowledgeable, friendly, informative. He's a great story teller, too. My family enjoyed this tour, even my teenagers loved it. We would definitely book with E. again for other tours around the city.
