We just returned from a trip to Boston with our three grandsons, ages 10, 13 and 15. We ended up being the only ones on the tour with Alan, which was great, but I think he would have made it interesting for any group with any variety of ages. It was at least two hours long and even our grandsons didn't get tired of hearing what he had to say. He had a wonderful mix of history, architecture and anecdotes that held our attention. My husband and I had been to Boston several times but we had never actually taken a guided tour so it was perfect for all of us and a good way to start our trip. Of course, it helped that it was 50 degrees and sunny, not your typical January temperature! We would highly recommend this trip.

Very nice outside walking tour which gave me a good introduction to historical Boston. I was able to follow-up over the next few days and visit the more interesting sites in detail.
