This was a great tour, I think the error is in not describing it well enough. This is not walking the full length of the freedom trail and it's less history focused and more architecture forward. The tour guide was ok, very personable. It's an easy 2.3mi according to my Garmin, but it doesn't feel like that long of a walk as there are many stops. If you want a great overview of the main parts of Voston, this is a great tour. If you want deep history or a comprehensive freedom walk tour, this is not the tour for you.

I am sorry, but nobody described this tour as the full length of the Freedom Trail. It is the Downtown Freedom Trail from Faneuil Hall to Boston Common plus Back Bay via Beacon Hill. And, yes, it does include architecture. And culture of Boston as well. And none of this is of the Cliff Notes variety. But I do agree that this is a great overview of Boston!!

It was very interesting! Got to see and learn about the beautiful architecture of Boston & where some of the rich and famous lived on Beacon Hill.

Glad you enjoyed Beacon Hill but hope you also were enamored with the historic Freedom Trail and beautiful Back Bay.

Book this tour! We have been on a few Freedom Trail tours and I feel our tour guide, Andrew, gave us more and different information than we have ever learned before. Plus the Beacon Hill tour was such a great addition to see all the beautiful homes and hear the history of that area. Andrew was easy to hear, did a great time guiding our group and at a good pace, and was a pleasure to listen to. We got more than our moneys worth on this tour and I will definitely use this company again when we return to Boston.
