We were so lucky as there were only the 2 of us, it was like having a private tour with our guide, Alan. He is very knowledgeable about Boston’s history and we got an informative tour along with suggestions of other sites to see which were not included in this tour. We even shuffled the Boston Marathon in the snow on the commemorative circle in the footpath near Copley Square. Thanks Alan for a great couple of hours - we really got our bearings around your beautiful city.
