So disappointed we could not make our tour. We had reservations, left our hotel early, but there was a women’s marathon and our taxi could not get through the streets to get us to the tour on time. Had to leave a messaged for the company and they were kind enough to give us a full refund. Five stars for customer service.

Good tour although opening talk was right near the trolley bus stop so hard to hear everything while buses idled near by.

Sheila, I am sorry you had difficulty hearing. I always ask if everybody can hear when I start the tour with a Boston introduction that takes about 10 or 12 minutes. That way we can adjust your location or the my volume to make sure you can see and hear everything. Unfortunately, this is the first I heard of a problem..

Ok tour- didn’t really do the freedom trail. Was hoping for more history. Never saw Faneuil hall. Unimpressed and went 30 minutes over time allotted.

Faneuil Hall is actually across the street from where we start so I am not sure I understand your comment about never seeing Faneuil Hall. Unless you meant going inside - which we do not do (Faneuil Hall is not open when we start the tours anyway). We certainly do the Downtown Freedom Trail, which covers 11 of the Freedom Trail Sites (including Faneuil Hall!). You signed up for a tour that also includes Beacon Hill and Back Bay. Is that why you thought it ran over?
