The tour guide for the Freedom Trail should have had a microphone so everyone could hear what he was saying.

I'm sorry you didn't hear well. I will remind the guides to check that everyone can hear early in the tour.

Informative overview of the area, congenial guide, good use of a couple of hours of free time in between meetings

Would like more historical sites and less of the architectural part, but Andrew was a terrific guide and it was a great tour. Well worth it! They should probably let you know in advance you do not end where you start. We ended at Copley Square.

The title for the tour actually does say "...to Copley Square/Back Bay". Sorry you missed that. Most people appreciate the mix of history and architecture and believe it adds to the tour. Glad you thought it was a great tour in spite of that.
