Alan was very knowledgeable friendly and patient with the group but he was hard to hear. It would be helpful if the tour sights were listed so we could've planned for the landmarks that were not on the tour.

Our guide was very knowledgable about Boston and took us through the city. He even had planned out a bathroom break halfway through the tour. I'd reccomend this tour for anyone that doesn't mind walking and I feel strollers and wheelchairs wouldn't have too hard of a time, especially If someone is there to help with them.
