Janet gives a great tour which was both informative and really enjoyable! Lots of walking and talking, but at an easy pace. It was a hot day, but with a wonderful breeze and shade throughout our route. She finished up with suggestions for lunch spots to enjoy following our tour!

Because we visited Beaufort right after the hurricane passed, we had a lot of the town to ourselves. Our hotel was able to book a tour with Janet and lucky we are they could. Janet is not only knowledgeable but quite the good storyteller. She had us riveted with a story near the end of our tour about a slave who went on to do some incredible things. We loved seeing the antebellum homes and hearing their history as well as live oak after live oak wit the “Spanish moss”. Highly recommend.

Janet's walking tour of Beaufort was outstanding. We were two couples who wanted to appreciate the homes and history of Beaufort, S.C. and we were entertained for over two hours. She gave a great history lesson and injected much humor. She is extremely personable as well as knowledgable. Be sure to take advantage of his Beaufort gem while visiting!
