This was my second experience doing a night tour of DC, and was "ok". Driver was nice but very difficult to understand due to his accent. It was nice that he offered a lot of stops, but it would have been nice to have some sort of plan. A few monuments we went to would have been better seen in the light, and others we didn't stop at all either because we didn't go to them (jefferson) or no one spoke up (iwo jima). When there are several groups of strangers in a ride, saying on the spot you want to stop somewhere when no one else is talking is intimidating. Overall, I was able to get some nice photos, but aside from that it was a very bland experience.
