My husband and I were thrilled with our evening tour of the monuments. Our tour guide Regis was very knowledgeable and added so much to our experience. It was worth every penny. We saw monuments we didn’t know existed.

Good morning Mr. and Mrs.Green, Thank you so much for taking your time to write a review, knowing your time is a currency. My wife and I enjoyed serving you and your husband as well. We learned a lot about Joseph, Oregon. We also enjoyed your amusing stories! We look forward to serving you again in the near future. Respectfully, Régis

Bought tickets through Viator and there was no tour that night. I called the tour guide 5 times while waiting in a very sketchy part of town with my kids only to find out after 30 minutes of waiting there was no tour that night. Still trying to find out how to get my money back from Viator.

Good afternoon dear client, Our apologies for the inconvenience that this experience may have caused. We have a deep understanding and compassion about this situation. With RSN Tour Bus, the customer is the boss. As stated in the email we sent to you on the same day, the tour was already booked and we could not add more people. This was due to safety measures. We are running on a 50% capacity due to the pandemic. The safety of our customers and staff is our first priority. We were willing to customize a tour for you and your family on Tuesday when we had availability. It’s always better to book your tour 2 to 3 hours before your tour starts or even days before to ensure availability. Your health is your first asset. We did not want to jeopardize your health by crowding you and your family with other passengers. We also responded to Viator to refund your money. We look forward to serving you in the near future. Respectfully, Régis

Everyone had a marvelous time. Tour guide was friendly and informative, We were pleased that the van was able to pick us up from our hotel. All the sights we visited were beautifully lit and we were able to take photographs.
