We had a great time with Régis, who accepted to do the tour in French for us! The experience was perfect from the first minute to the last one. When it started to rain, he had umbrellas ready for all of us! He replied to all the questions we could have, took into account our wishes for stops, etc. Even our kids (age 8 to 12) were overwhelmed

Your site implied that it was a private White House tour for $740. When the driver arrived he told us it was a multi stop tour that did not include the white house. When i pulled up your site to show him what we had booked the site had been revised only showing the tour that the driver was saying we booked. However the price was several hundred less that what we had paid, and he had no explanation for the price difference, so we cancelled the tour. We got email conformation that we were going to get a refund but have not yet seen it. It was very disappointing!

Next time, could you please read and understand the details of the tour before you book and not just look at the picture? We have over 22 stops and the White House is one of them. We don’t provide the tour inside. We can only take you near the White House where you can take pictures. We also give the history of the White House. The driver told you that a tour inside the White House is free and you must make a reservation. We provide different types of tours VIP Private Tour, Private Tour, 2 Hours Classic Tour and Night Tours and all of them have different prices (different vehicles). You booked the VIP Private Tour. We didn’t provide you a service that we don’t offer. You must always have integrity (doing the right thing when nobody is watching you). Also your actions will produce your results. We did the refund in front of you and we texted you a screenshot of the refund. It is up to Viator to refund your money according to their policies. It was our pleasure to meet you and your wife.
