This tour stops at Arlington National Cemetery which effective immediately requires the guest to present a valid photo identification upon entry. Visitors 18 years of age and older must present a valid U.S. state or federal government-issued photo identification for entry. Visitors 16 and 17 years old who do not have a U.S. state or federal government-issued photo identification may present an official school-issued photo identification for entry. Persons who are not U.S. citizens must present a valid passport or U.S. State Department-issued photo identification for entry.

What To Expect

New York City

The Washington DC tour departs New York south passing through the states of New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland before arriving at the nation's capital.

Arlington National Cemetery

Start the tour at Arlington National Cemetery and visit the Kennedy family gravesite.

Lincoln Memorial

Visit the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall.

Korean War Veterans Memorial

Visit the Korean War Veterans Memorial on the National Mall.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the National Mall.

Jefferson Memorial

Visit the Jefferson Memorial on the National Mall.

White House

Visit the White House (on most tours). We do not go into the White House. You will see the outside.

U.S. Capitol

Pass by the US Capitol (on most tours), home of the US Senate and House of Representatives. We do not go into the Capitol.

National Mall

Part of the iconic image of Washington, the reflecting pool hosts many of the 24 million visitors a year who visit the National Mall. It is lined by walking paths and shade trees on both sides.

This was an excellent trip and very well organised, from the coach to the drivers and the guide (Steve) who was very informative throughout the day with a vast wealth of knowledge, but also keeping the humerous side up which kept you remaining focused and interested. The day was long due to the distance to and from NYC to Washington but well worth it (full size coach with AC) 👌 I travelled to NYC for my sons 13th birthday from Liverpool in the UK and thought it would be a great experience for him to also see the Capital (it was and he really enjoyed all the sites and the information provided by Steve). Also a thank you to the drivers who got us there and back safely and on time despite passing through a massive rain/thunder and lightning storm from baltimore to delaware (felt safe all the time despite testing road/driving conditions). The Coach Team and Guide Steve also took the time despite a long day for themselves to stop at a high level New Jersey esplanade/vantage point opposite Manhatten for some panoramic photos, which again was them going above and beyond. All round a great trip and would highly recommend using this group/company who were very professional (great Job Steve and the two drivers) Many Thanks Gary Jones Liverpool UK

We did not visit the National Air and Space Museum as it was closed for a longer period. But we did not get any information of this before the trip
