The tour guide was very good, informative and helpful. Overall the tour took in the key sites. Unfortunately, as some of the travellers didn't stick to the stipulated return times, we didn't get very long at the Martin Luther King memorial, so it became very rushed. The guide tried hard to get people to co-operate and she was very polite and respectful in doing so.

Nick was our your guide and made the whole experience enjoyable and efficient. My husband and I were only in D.C. for one day and this was the perfect tour to see all the major sites. Milton was our driver and he coordinated well with Nick so that he had time to explain the sites to us while we were in motion and so we had a chance to see everything. They provided water for the entire trip and AC was on full blast since it was a hot day. It got a bit too cold for me but it was bearable. Something I appreciated was how we had enough time to get out at each stop and take pictures/look at the sites but it wasn't SOOO long where you had to wait around for people to finish. Generally, Nick gave us 10-15mins which is fine with me, since we only had 6 hrs for all the stops. He made jokes every so often to keep us engaged and fun. At the end of the tour, Nick was able to quickly glance at the entrance to the Achieves of the United States from the bus and informed us that there was no line. I guess usually there is a 2 hour line to get in. He recommended for us to check it out since the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and Bill of Right is in there (no cost!). There were also other recommendations he gave us after the tour was finished which I appreciated since we finished around 3pm. I would recommend this tour to others, especially if you have limited time for your visit.

I choose this particular tour because it was a good price and because it including all of the major places to sight see on ones first time visit to DC. It also included a very knowledgeable, friendly, and effective tour guide on a very comfortable bus with charging outlets, and bottled water to drink. This tour even included a bonus one hour long river boat tour/ride that was fabulous. It's advertisement told up front everything a visitor would see, and told whether you would pass by it on the bus or get out of the bus to experience it up close and for how long. Lastly, we stopped for lunch at a food court in a mall area right before the boat ride trip. This tour made my first time trip to Washington DC very memorable. Bring sun screen, and a shading hat. You can leave your items on the bus as you get out to explore.
