We booked this tour based on previous good luck with Trip Advisor recommendations. I booked through Trip Advisor (my first and last time booking through this site). We were delayed by slow traffic and slow restaurant service, but we arrived at the scheduled departure time. The bus had left with out us. It was a freezing cold, rainy night. Another customer was also left stranded. Attempts to contact local tour operator before the tour went unanswered. I reached their National office and was told we were out of luck—kiss your $200 good bye. Rotten service.

Thank you for your comment and sorry if you had a bad day because the traffic and sorry about the restaurant and the slow service that you had .we understand your frustration and unfortunately this not belong to us or our service we provide professional guided tour in our nation capital and you supposed meet us 7 clock pm to check you in but you arrived close to 8 clock sorry if you missed your tour we always leave on time we can’t start the tour late our guest time is very important to us please plan next time accordingly Zuma

So much ground covered in 3 hours. I thought it would feel long, but I barely noticed time going by. Very knowledgeable guide.
