Sally and Chris were great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Beautiful tour. Definitely recommend the nighttime for less crowds and pretty lights.

Sorry to hear that. Our tour starts at 7:30 and you have to be at our location by 7:15 and after investigation you made your reservation 2 hours before the tour starts. We tried to help you by picking you up. However it's less than 24 hours and we always tried to be kind to our special guests.
