The driver was very knowledgeable about the area and points of interest, but there weren't great opportunities for viewing or pictures from the bus, and lighting was minimal around the monuments making walking difficult to navigate. The addition of the Arlington tour was a good value, however, you do have to get to the cemetery on your own.

Kudos to the team! We booked several tours with Old Town Trolley for March 2020, and had to cancel them all due to the start of the pandemic. Now, 21 months later, they are honoring all of the tours we purchased. The customer relations staff was excellent (thanks Adrienne!) and the attention and care delivered was unexpectedly wonderful.

Very disappointed in this tour. There is no hopping on and off at 17 different sites and they don't tell you this when you get on. Our day was planned around this fact. There was only one stop at the Lincoln Memorial where you are given 30 mins to walk around the sites. The guide states to be back on time as the bus does not wait for you, He was proud to say that he has never left anyone behind, people just choose not to come back. Sure they don't come back because they are disappointed in being ripped off. Don't waste your time with this company. You can Uber to the sites cheaper!
