Me and my 5 girlfriends just took this tour for a special bday weekend since we had limited time in Asheville and wanted to see the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Pisgah National Forest. It truly was one of our highlights. Mike was an excellent guide and so knowledgeable about the area providing wonderful facts on all the plants, trees, trails and history of the area. Also Mike was incredibly friendly and passionate about his job. It is worth the price to be picked up at your hotel or nearby and provided with walking sticks, etc. If you have a short time, this is a must see!
