What To Expect

Johnson Square

We will learn about the beginning of Georgia and tour the original squares. Discuss the Colonial way of life churches, monuments and markers in this area as we journey into a timeline walk of the Historic District. Then our tour proceeds down Bull Street. The tour is one miles of walking and includes stops at Civil War homes, Cemetery, Theaters and famous movie locations.

My fiance and I did this tour with Michelle and she was amazing! She was very personable and informative. We walked for 90 minutes (at least) all round the historic district of Savannah as she gave us very interesting information about the history and culture of the city. She even told us about movies and books filmed/based in the area. Afterward, she gave us suggestions on where to eat and what buildings/houses to tour. Michelle's tour was a great way for us to start our experience in Savannah!

Well - Michelle is fantastic! In this tour, you get everything from restaurant recommendations to insider knowledge of Historic Savannah. A slow paced, information packed mile around the city squares. Once the tour is over you will leave wanting more of Michelle's stories. Very impressed! Would gladly go on this tour again! We started the tour in Reynolds Square and the tour was about 1 mile long. We saw many churches and monuments and all of our questions were answered. This was one of the most interesting things we did while we were visiting downtown Savannah. The price was reasonable and it was easy to book I would definitely recommend this tour.
