It is recommend that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour

Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult lap. PLEASE CONTACT AIR MAUI IF BRINGING AN INFANT. Over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat.

Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
Helicopter is a shared cabin with 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.

The staff were incredibly helpful from when we were booking in to the the minute we were walking away at the end of our incredible flight. The views were spectacular and we saw areas of Hawaii we never knew existed. It truly was a wonderful experience.

We came 1 hour earlier than we should.We were waiting more than an hour,watching people going on the flight and returning.The weather was rainy but the flights were on.Our flight was canceled because the pilot decided that the weather is not good.Why? Our flight is rescheduled but we waisted half of a day driving and waiting.

I do apologize you felt you waisted half a day although if the weather isn't good the pilot will cancel. The last thing we want to do is go on a flight where weather is poor, unsafe to fly or not going to be worth it. I understand you arrived early and time on vacation is valuable I am sure you would have been more disappointed if you took the flight during poor conditions. There are many days we fly all morning and then all the sudden the weather changes (which it does quick here) and the pilot will cancel last minute. I do thank you for choosing to reschedule and hope you were able to enjoy the flight you were on.
