Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had on horseback. Extremely kind and experienced staff made the tour hour trip fun, informative, and safe.

We had a great ride last week. Our group of 5 varied from beginner to advanced. The guides were great with the younger girls in our group who were scared - and also allowed for the more advanced to canter a nice stretch. The views were stunning of both the mountains and along the water - we saw a whale! The horses looked like they were treated well - they only go out once a day vs. a lot of the other stables on Maui who work their horses twice. Really happy with our decision to book with this group - will be back.
