Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

What a beautiful ride through the mountains. The staff was attentive and exercised great consideration when pairing riders with a horse. Water, soda and juice were provided. I lost my phone during the ride and they took steps necessary to find it ( find my iPhone was turned on so that did help in pinpointing the location of the phone.) Overall we were very satisfied with the service and experience.

This horseback riding excursion made my trip. Just when I thought things couldn’t get more magical on Maui, this trip proved me wrong. I am so glad I did it. The trip was fun, the staff was so friendly, and it was a great end to my trip in Maui.

We had such a great time on this adventure. The staff was incredibly awesome. Three hours of Hawaii at it's best. The owner is a very sweet lady who knows the horses and who to put on them. The ride through the mountains of Maui was absolutely the prettiest of all the tours we took.
