Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 10 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.

Where do I start?! What a beautiful riding experience. The beginning seemed a little disorganized, but the result was incredible. We all had the perfect horse for our riding abilities and two amazing guides - Fred and Nick. Everyone at the ranch was so nice. The horses were beautiful and very responsive. I have included a couple of pictures of the incredible views we witnessed. Of course, the photos don't do it justice. This is a trip you have to experience for yourself!

Friendly owners and staff, beautiful views, gentle horses. We loved the small town feel and not over groused tourist scene. Glad we visited this working ranch and enjoyed a horse back ride up the mountain and over look the ocean. We had a great time!
