Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

My husband & I loved every moment of our ride. Matt & Chad were great guides - very personable, making sure all riders were comfortable, took pictures at beautiful spots and did safety checks. The ranch owners were great!! Thank you for making our first trip to Maui a memorable one!

The thing that got our attention were not only the horses and the trail but it was the coordinator and the handlers. They were friendly, accommodating and they were genuine about looking after every detail of the ride. We've been on trail rides numerous times on Maui and conclude that Mountain Activities is the best.

The staff were professional, kind, and helpful. The views we're incredible, and running the horses was so fun. Start to finish, my 9yr old daughter and I had the best time!
