Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They assisted us right away during the trip. They helped us to take pictures in front of the mountain waterfall and ocean. It’s a very pleasant experience. I would recommend everyone to choose this activity.

We had a great West Maui Mountain horseback tour. The guides (Nick and Michelle) were awesome and informative. We loved the horses - each clearly had their own personality that the guides knew well. The views were awesome and they took some great pictures of our family together on the horses. We even got to run the horses at the end (my kids were exceptionally excited about this part). This tour was a definite highlight of our trip!
