Westminster Wine tour tours vineyards located in Western Maryland. Civil war heritage and Maryland’s farming culture are celebrated in Western Maryland. Preserving this rich history blends well with modern day culture. This mix of old and new can be found in vineyards in this region. Winemakers use new and aged old wine making traditions. You will find that some wines are grown in the Bordeaux style. If you like Seyval Blanc, Cabernet, or Vidal Blanc then you love the wineries on the Westminster wine tour! Some of the vineyards we visit are Old Westminster Winery, Serpent Ridge Vineyard, Black Ankle Vineyard, and Linganore Winecellars, Hidden Hills Vineyard, New Market Plains Winery, Big Cork Vineyard, Urban Winery, Springfield Manor, Catoctin Breeze Vineyard.

Dress code is smart casual. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing. High-heeled shoes are discouraged. Some wine tours will occur in the vineyard. Depending upon the conditions, the vineyards may be muddy.
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not a minimum of eight passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, an alternative or full refund will be offered
Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or anyone using a wheelchair
All of the wineries have patio or dining facilities, but feel free to pack a lunch or snack. There will be time during the first visit to eat. Purchase wine to drink with food, if desired. The wineries will uncork to bottle (no fee)
It is prohibited to bring other alcoholic beverages to the winery. It is also prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages that were not purchased from the wineries on the tour

Went to 2 wineries Black Ankle and Hidden Hills. Leslie was great, very knowledgeable and fun! Celebrated my birthday and my girlfriends birthday with our daughters and had such a great time. Lunch was set up after we had our tasting at Black Ankle and then had a tour. Tour there was ok, but then we were wisked off to Hidden Hills which is a gem of a place with another set of tastings. Great pick up and drop off in a comfy van. Highly recommended!
