If you have an Entertainment Book, check for a coupon--we found one for buy one adult, get on free! Our 3 year old was free as well so it was a phenomenal deal! We did the two hour dolphin watch cruise. We all loved it! Not only did we see plenty of dolphins but a pair of bald eagles too! The captain narrates historical information about the area as well as you go. It was a great cruise around Cape May/Wildwood Crest! On the boat, they offer complimentary cranberry juice cocktail, coffee and pastries and have other food items available for purchase. There is a little gift shop with the standard shore tchotchkes. (However, my husband noticed a cockroach in the store which was kinda gross. We waited for our tour outside after that!)

We went on the two hour dolphin cruise. The water was rocky, but not too bad. I had two small children with me and they were just fine and they enjoyed it! Once we got out to the ocean, we saw tons of dolphins! It was so wonderful watching them in their natural habitat. Definitely a lot of fun and worth it. We went on a Friday so we got a nice discount.

I purchased tickets as a groupon offer. Thinking I've never been to cape may this may be fun. The boat looked somewhat maintained. When collecting my tickets I asked what the possibility of seeing a whale was and the lady at the window said "they had seen some earlier in the week as well as a reported sighting that day". That must just be a part of her script as other people have heard the same old story. On the boat there were several people that must not have known weather they were affected by the motion of the boat. Yes they sold hot dogs and pizza and beer and snacks but no Dramamine. There were several people that threw up on both levels of the boat so wherever you went on the boat I got the smell of puke. It was one of the worst boatrides I have ever taken. The boat rocked so much. The captain kept claiming that we were at the spot where a whale was spotted but of course no whale and how convenient that we find dolphins right off shore. Do yourself a favor and rent jetskis you'll see the dolphins that are off shore and more than likely have a better time than if you were stuck on this boat with puke for 3 hours.
