This company was professional and friendly from the beginning to the end. When I boarded the boat several staff stand there thanking you for choosing them. There was a nice fruit, cream cheese, and cracker buffet. Soda, waters and juice were also provided. The gentleman on the speaker was extremely informative about sea life. On the tour I did on Oahu they just aimlessly drove around. This company stayed within sight of whales and waited for them to get curious enough to come in for a closer look. Finally, they did! This company is top notch in all they do and would go again.

Saw many many whales. Denver our on board naturalist was extremely informative and knowledgeable regarding whales, birds, animals and the island of Hawaii. Recommend for all ages.

Went with our jet lagged preschool twins. They were wonderful in helping to accommodate us as since our kids were free I forgot to put them on the reservation. Thankfully there was a last minute error in reservations right in front of us in line. The staff on the boat was nice. They said they were fully booked and it’s a big boat but did not feel crowded at all. The bigger boat with closer to normal bathrooms were great for my kids who are still nervous in new small closed in environments. And best of all we were able to hang out with a couple of whales with a naturalist on who was a wealth of information. Great way to spend an afternoon. I would caution that it does get warm on the boat - because a lot of tour, naturally, is to sit around waiting for the whales to come up for air. And so there is not much breeze as you might think to expect in a cruise.
