The tour was professionally done, the boat was very clean and the crew were friendly and helpful. The guide, Laura, was very informative and would walk around the boat passing on information about whales and dolphins. We saw the common dolphin and some sea lions. I felt this company had respect for the ocean and the wildlife.

We took our 6 year old grandson and we had a blast! We got stuck in traffic and missed our boat but they were kind enough to put us on the next boat out, the office staff was great! We went on the smaller of the 2 boats and were not disappointed! The young woman that let us on board told us to sit in the very front and we did, it was magical! It was like that scene in Titanic where Rose is at the very front of the boat, we didn't see any whales but we raced with tons of dolphins and we couldn't stop smiling, we were getting splashed and it was just so cool! The captain was super nice and trying so hard to find us a whale! But honestly for what we paid and 2 hours of Ocean therapy I would have been happy even seeing nothing. The docent was great and not overly talkative, she let us enjoy nature! We just went last week and are going again next week for my husbands birthday! 1/2 price Tuesday can't be beat! I can't wait to go again and again!

We rode out to sea in silence for over 60 minutes scouring for any signs of life. There was no information given by the crew along the way as to where we were headed, what land we were seeing, etc. We were just told at the beginning to yell if we see anything. For entertainment we listened to a woman, who seemingly worked for the company (she was wearing a name tag) complain about her friends and family for an hour instead of engaging passengers. We finally came upon a pod of dolphins which was really wonderful to see. But by that point, we were running late since they had such trouble locating a whale or a dolphin. They hold true to their motto that you will see a whale or a dolphin or you get your money back! We never did see a whale. Please engage your clientele with information from time to time. People looked bored and I saw several kids sleeping.
