Staff was friendly. Intentional in trying to get us to see whales. It was amazing to see a couple of grey whales, dolphins and sea lions

Unless you enjoy riding on a boat, there are a few things you should consider before buying tickes for this ride: 1) it is a 2 hour long ride in the middle of the Pacific ocean. You will not be able to get back to the shore once the boat leaves. 2) If you get seasick, this is not gonna be enjoyable for you. There are waves and the boat is not large enough to stay steady. So, it is most likely that you get sick during the two hours trip. 3) Finding yourself stuck there for two hours to see a couple of dolphines moving in the water and maybe slightly jumping out of water might not be worth it at all. This is not a dolphine show at San Diego Sea World after all. 4) Advertisement said Whale watching but we did not see any. We saw plenty of dolphines though, but we were dissapointed that we did not get to see any whale! 5) when we got onboard, we were almost there on our own. Nobody came out to check on us during the ride. That means, if you get severe sickness, and are on the verge of dieing, you are most likely on your own, as no one will come to your assistance. 6) take pills and do not eat hours before the boat ride! This may be helpful if you are prone to motion sickness. Hope above helps before you buy your tickets.

The whale watch was the most incredible trip I have experienced in 5 or six trips. The children are still talking about it. Fish were scarce on the fishing trip but they loved it, nonetheless!!!
