Wonderful experience! I chose this company because of how much they stressed good vessel behavior around the whales. Even though we were close to a mother humpback with her calf soon after exiting the harbor, we did not approach, as there were too many other boats in the area. We spent at least an hour watching a lone transient male orca from a respectful distance and were able to see the humpbacks on our return! I know they can't promise whale sightings so I was very happy we were able to find them even on a rainy, gray day!

Had a great time. Your hosts were awesome and informative! The captain did a super job following the whales. We would highly recommend.

Our ferry was cancelled at the last minute but the tour waited an hour for all of us to catch the next ferry so that everyone who had booked the trip could still go. We were able to see a pod of killer whales chasing prey and feeding. The naturalists were very knowledgeable and friendly. This was the highlight of our weeklong trip. Dress warm - it was windy and chilly. (probably typical weather but we are from the mid west). It was a beautiful day overall. I would have loved to get closer to the whales but that wasn't allowed - for everyone's safety, including the whales.
