Wonderful experience. The guides were very knowledgeable and very friendly. Only downside was the bartender/ food service. Rude and constantly pushing the tip jar at my daughter who is only 15 cause she bought a pretzel. Sad thing is I was getting my $ out to tip and when he did that I refused to.

I have done Whale Watching with them numerous times. I have always gotten my money's worth. This time the weather was not great and they tried very hard to find whales. They did spot one but I did not get to see. When we got back to the dock, the captain announced that this cruise was sub-par for them. They gave us a voucher to try and again. I will definitely give it another go. Thanks.

This was my first time whale watching with Cape Ann and their service and staff were excellent. The ferry was clean and the ride was smooth. It is still early summer here in New england so there were not many whales in the area but the crew made all effort to get us closer to the few whales that were in sight. Will surely recommend to others..
