Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The take saftey seriously. I have been on many whale and dolphin watching tours along the east coast and this is by far the best experience of all. We were actually out for 4 1/2 hours. They took us up to Jeffries Ledge where they were having luck seeing the whales. According to the staff we were approximately 26 miles out. Staff came around the vessel to each group personally to show maps and explain where we were heading. The vessel itself is designed for whale watching. It is wide providing a stable ride. Seas were around 3 ft when we were out and the boat was comfortable. I saw the crew cleaning the restrooms multiple times while we were out. It was a gray day and we did encounter rain on the way to the feeding grounds. It did not dampen the experience. According to staff cloudy gray days make the whale blows easier to spot from a greater distance. We located 2 humpback whales and we watched multiple dives. They did not rush the experience. The positioned the boat so everyone had a good view. There was I person that was handicapped on the boat and the crew made sure she was taken care of, safe and had the same experience as everyone else. The crew actually knew the names of the whales we saw as all the whales spotted are named or numbered. Anyone that follows my reviews knows I call it like I see it and this trip is 100% recommended.

I strongly recommend this tour. Big boat, 4 bathrooms, kitchen/bar, and people come around to tell you about the whales. We saw whales and dolphins on this trip. It was an amazing sight.
