We saw of whales. Most of them were pretty inactive but that is not the point of this review. The issue was: The boat was extremely crowded, not enough shade in the upper deck on a blazing hot day. Most normal summer days should be like that. Most people did not wear masks outside...the crowd was really concerning. Masks were mandated inside but the entire lower deck inside area had no circulation/AC. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Difficult to breathe once the masks were on. Heat, Covid, lack of fresh air and crowd. The entire tour was 3hrs...not 4hrs unlike many other such tours.

My kids and I had a great experience from boarding to the end. The staff was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We saw several whales.

Before I went to the whale watching, I was worried about the parking situation. It turned out that they offered free parking. The crew is very helpful and nice.
