We saw whales! I will say it felt like we were riding forever before we saw them. Almost 3 hours but that being said, it is a nature safari and no one can control where the whales will be or when. We saw 2 whales multiple times, 1 shark, and 1 big fish šŸ . There is inside seating if you can get it. It was freezing when we went at the end of September so dress in layers with a face cover.

Our family wasn't sure what to expect on this tour, as we've been on whale watching tours before where there were minimal/no sightings. Cape Ann Whale Watch did not disappoint! The team was really knowledgeable and passionate in sharing about the cause, and it was such a bonus for us to see 8-10 different whales that day. They even have a guarantee for you to return for free if you do not manage to make a sighting. Pro tip: The journey out and back from the whale feeding grounds is about an hour each way so do prepare necessary supplies if you get seasick easily!
