No refunds are offered for guests who are late-arriving or who don't show up for the trip
Minimum age is 5 years old. Guests must be at least 12 years old to paddle the Piers Gorge section of the river. Guests under the age of 12 must watch from the shore with an adult for that section.

If you are up in the Northwoods of WI - by all means, this is an excellent opportunity to share some great memories. The Zip-Lining was 5 stages of lines traversing through the tree tops of the golf course down below. Mikey and Katy our guides were fun and provided us with a safe experience. The Menomonee River - White Water Rafting experience was the highlight of our trip and our guide Luke did an amazing job of explaining the in's and out's so to speak. Being able to run the gorge twice as part of the Wildman package, was having us wanting more. That being said, we would definitely do the rafting again. Overall, the extremely polite staff - easy check in process - total cost - location - proximity to Crivitz area < an hour away, made this an excellent day trip for our familiy. The added bonus was spending time hiking to the various Falls in the area such as Bulls Falls / Dave's Falls.
