I was hesitant to book this because I don’t like seeing animals being held captive or just simply unhappy… but the reviews said that they dogs are well cared for and happy. They definitely are! They’re so happy to go on these runs.. it’s like their form of a walk. The puppies are super cute and fluffy. The dogs won’t get hyped up or excited like your pets at home but they won’t turn down any cuddles or pets! It’s a great experience.

We loved visiting the dogs and hearing the Iditarod stories. Taking the sled dog ride was great fun! The dogs are excited to go. About 7 passengers can fit on the sled, with the musher in the back. Very informative and hands on. My daughter loved holding the puppies at the end!
