Worst tour experience in Alaska! Nice wildlife center, horrible agency! Bus driver was late 1hr 20 minutes, so we had very little time in the wildlife center, couldn’t see all the animals and couldn’t enjoy our time there. As we were late, our driver Nathan was in a rush and was speeding too much! Search for other agencies to book this tour. We contacted the agency for a compensation, but never got an answer.

You never contacted us. We had already contacted you via text and calls that the driver was running late. You were also told that no stops would be excluded and that extra time would be given at the Wildlife Center which was give. You never contacted me as you stated. The delay was mitigated as I sent someone to pick you up and an extra bonus stop was given while the other driver was catching up. You stopped to see the largest chocolate water fall in the world. I am sorry for the delay but no other stops or deters happened. I made sure you got everything you were promised.

We took the afternoon tour with Chris and saw glaciers, wolves, elk, moose, beluga whales and spawning salmon. A short walk through a truly tropical rain forest reminded us of Tolkien Hobbit lands. We saw brown bears being fed. We learned about Cook Inlet and it’s tidal extremes, along with its glacier-powdered bed. Chris told us all about all of this and he was the best guide we’ve met on our vacation. He even brought my sunglasses that I’d forgotten to the restaurant he’d recommended. Above & beyond!

This was amazing! A great way to see so many different things on a 4 1/2 hour tour. We were able to catch some sheep on the rocks on the way to our destinations. The scenery was so beautiful, people I sent pictures too said it looked fake! The wildlife conservation center was great too. BUT, the best part of this excursion was our guide, “Aunt” Gary. He is full of knowledge and wants to share it. It’s obvious he loves Alaska and that’s what makes him a great guide. It was like spending the day with a friend. Very cool experience - I highly recommend this!
