One of the best tour guides I’ve had in a while. Chris was super knowledgeable about everything, even when people had random questions. He was mindful when other tour groups would be in the same place and switched the order of the tour so we wouldn’t ever be overcrowded. The weather wasn’t great but that’s Alaska for you. At the conservation center, he drove us right up to each section so we could stay as dry as possible. The one thing I’d suggest is that they put a microphone in the car — Chris said they didn’t install it yet in their new car so he had to basically shout so the whole car could hear his commentary. Not his fault, but someone should take care of that.

The snow capped mountain views were breathtaking. I thought the rainforest would be more but I would say that everything else made up for it. I was able to capture some amazing images.

Our guide, Gary, was so knowledgeable and entertaining. His love for Alaska was evident in all of his anecdotes. He was able to answer everyone's questions and keep the group upbeat despite the rain!!! We all had an amazing time, the photos we took were amazing and the Conservation area was beyond what we could have expected. A truly heartwarming adventure!
