We are family owned and operated as well as locally owned and operated. We are constantly in touch with locals to know exactly where the best places to whale watch are. This is our home town, we know our waters, you can feel confident traveling with us. Our vessel has indoor seating and outdoor seating space. You can walk all around on the deck. We offer a complimentary nonalcoholic beverage service, and light snacks. We have washroom facilities onboard. We look forward to meeting you and showing you the best whale and wildlife viewing opportunities here in Ketchikan. Our vessel is Wheelchair accessible! Tour is usually 2.5 hours in duration

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Was scheduled to do a tour at 3:30pm on 7-11-22 and last minute we was canceled because there was only two of us that signed up for the tour that day. I’m part of a flight crew and the other pilot I was with was the second person who was scheduled on the same tour . We was told that we both would be refunded and that it could take up to 2-5 business days to show the cancellation and the refund. Here it is the end of the month and no signs of cancellation or refund in sight. Several phone calls and I get the same lie of I’ve submitted for your refund. However when I called the Viator number and jump through all of the hoops to speak with someone and tell them what happened, there is no record of such cancellation or request for refund!

Hello again, Like I tell all people that book through Viator. They have your money. You pay them then after the tour is over we get paid the next month. I issued the refund with viator and then they will get the refund to you. My advise is to contact them directly like I told you when we refunded.

Our experience was that we followed one whale. He was beautiful and gave us multiple great opportunities to see how humpback whales eat. The boat staff where knowledgeable and friendly. The weather was excellent.

Excellent boat and service provided during our tour. We enjoyed seeing the humpback whale. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Boat ride was about 60-75 minutes to get to the whale sighting area.
