Wildlife and Whale Watching Excursion.

Overview

We are family owned and operated as well as locally owned and operated. We are constantly in touch with tour operators to know exactly where the best places to see local wildlife. We do not GUARANTEE Whales or wildlife on our tours but, this is our hometown, we know our waters, you can feel confident traveling with us. Our vessel has indoor seating and outdoor covered seating space. You can walk all around on the deck. We offer a complimentary nonalcoholic beverage service, and light snacks. We have a washroom facility onboard. We look forward to meeting you and showing you the best wildlife viewing opportunities here in Ketchikan. Our vessel is Wheelchair accessible! Tour is usually 2 to 2.5 hours in duration Please understand we do not Guarantee Whales or offer refunds for not seeing them but we will try our best to keep our 90% sighting rate for this season going!!!

Jesse and Steve lead a great excursion. Sadly, we did not spot any whales. Jesse was in contact with other excursion pilots and no one spotted any whales. First we were surprised to see we were the only people on board. We are staying in Ketchikan for 12 days and the day we booked there were no cruise ships in town. We had two other activities canceled for a lack of participation. It was great to go out with people who honored our request. We did see a lot of other wildlife and we hope to book the tour again if we can fit it into our schedule.

We saw a lot of whales 8-10. The Capt. did a good job following them. The crew was courteous and knowledgeable.

Jesse and Steve are outstanding guides and really know how to show their customers a great time! They bend over backwards to make sure you have a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and they don’t disappoint! I have been out twice with them, and will continue to highly recommend them to our friends and family.
