Wildlife and Whale Watching Excursion.

We are family owned and operated as well as locally owned and operated. We are constantly in touch with tour operators to know exactly where the best places to see local wildlife. We do not GUARANTEE Whales or wildlife on our tours but, this is our hometown, we know our waters, you can feel confident traveling with us. Our vessel has indoor seating and outdoor covered seating space. You can walk all around on the deck. We offer a complimentary nonalcoholic beverage service, and light snacks. We have a washroom facility onboard. We look forward to meeting you and showing you the best wildlife viewing opportunities here in Ketchikan. Our vessel is Wheelchair accessible! Tour is usually 2 to 2.5 hours in duration Please understand we do not Guarantee Whales or offer refunds for not seeing them but we will try our best to keep our 90% sighting rate for this season going!!!

It was a great experience. The Captain and the assistant were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I loved that they had blankets, binoculars, coffee, hot cocoa and snacks. We saw a beautiful display of eagles and find a humpback whale.

Our 3pm trip was cancelled at 2:55 because passengers did. It meet minimum requirement. Unfortunate that our $390 refund will take 7-10 days to process. This is disappointing to float our funds for that length of time.

Hi John! We are really disappointed too that we were unable to get you out on a tour! When you checked in, it was explained to you that we were doing our best to sell more seats on the tour to get you out, but there was a chance the tour was not going to operate due to our minimum not being met. We sold right up until the last minute. We did our best to try and reach our minimum to make the tour happen for you. From a business perspective, we just can’t operate a tour with two people, it’s just not financially feasible. You booked through Trip Advisor which is a third party, not directly through us. We don’t have your credit card information and do not process refunds. We can only request a refund. I spoke with Trip Advisor today asking them to expedite your refund. It can take between 3-7 business days for them to process your refund. Please call them at 1-866-648-5873 to voice your concerns about holding your funds.

We had a wonderful day! Saw plenty of whales (it was early May and some humpbacks had arrived) and birds (including Bald Eagles), and a sea lion too. The team were super friendly and helpful. It's a small boat, so not too many people and a more family feel. We booked online, it was easy. We also added the bus tour which was a chilled way to see a bit more of Ketchikan after the whale watching.
