My wife and I took a weekend getaway and drove up to Williamsburg for a quiet weekend away. We are definite foodies and wanted to indulge in the local cuisine. The tour was fantastic, the tour guide (Sarah, I think was her name) really gave us a glimpse of the history of the area and the food we sampled was amazing, such a great tour - it really made our getaway memorable. And my wife and I have a few new dishes we can't wait to try at home.

My sister and I were meeting in Williamsburg for an extended weekend. We had found the Tastes of Williamsburg on the internet and it had good reviews as it should. We couldn't decide on which one to take so I called. The gentleman who answered (who I assume was the owner) gave me a run down of the different tours. We decided on the Colonial and College Adventure. It was a lot of fun and great food. We met Sarah at the Wren Building and started our history tour there. She was very informative and friendly. It was like having a friend or relative give you a tour but much better as she knew a lot about the campus and the Colonial Williamsburg. We highly recommend the tour and we HIGHLY recommend Sarah. She was great.

My son and I took the College and Colonial Williamsburg Food Tour and really enjoyed it. We were treated to an in-depth tour of the College of William and Mary and an unhurried stroll down Duke of Gloucester Street in Colonial Williamsburg, complete with an interesting narrative. On the way, we stopped at six spots for a taste of Williamsburg, ranging from a student deli to an upscale restaurant with great ribs and the best mac and cheese I’ve had! The food was plentiful and varied and uniformly high in quality. Our guide showed great patience with our questions about the area, and the whole afternoon turned out to be a relaxing, informative, and tasty time! Well worth doing
