My friend and I went and had an awful experience. One lady slapped my friends hand. She wouldn’t allow my friend to try on anything that she requested too. The dress I wore smelled like bo and they wouldn’t let me change.

I'm extremely sorry this was your experience. This behavior is not consistent with our fun spirited mission. We work diligently to steam every garment after each use and excerise extensive laundry activities during our busiest season. Its unfortunate this was not brought to the attention of our manger at the time. Im very sorry you were dissapointed and can only suggest you give us another try because we really are wonderful hard working people.

What a fun experience! I took my mom to Salem for her 60th birthday and we wanted something to remember it by. The staff was so sweet and helpful and the sets were phenomenal. I want to go back and do the different sets on my next trip. Nothing about this seemed rushed and our photographer took amazing shots.

We had so much fun. I recommend getting the EMF detector; ours went off like crazy in certain spots. Gave me some food for thought 🧐. Totally worth the trip!
