Diana went above and beyond to help me and my family. From the time I landed in Orlando our experience was horrible and we ran into rude person after rude person not willing to help us at all. Originally I was suppose to be in Orlando Feb.16 but due to my city having ice storms back to back our flight we’re rescheduled which messed up a lot of activities I had prepaid for before arriving I called and confirmed all housing rental car and activities I paid for to make sure everything was still a GO I was told yes by everyone but when we arrived. My rental that I picked up from NU was horrible dirty smelled bad dent everywhere and the camera you use to back up was just hanging and swinging and they refused to trade me out. Airbnb cancel our reservation because we did not arrive to check in on time that was a $700 lost and I had to find a hotel at last min. The hotel I found over charged me for the room stating that I only said 3 kids instead of 4 after this everything went down hill from there my credit cards stopped working saying fraud for everything so when I went to the places I prepaid activities for I wasn’t able to do them because my card wasn’t saying active. The whole vacation turned into a nightmare until we made it to wonder works and met Diana. I found a Groupon for this location and brought it because my kids and myself just wanted to have some type of fun before we left Orlando. When I got there and showed Diana my Groupon I was told I had to wait 24 hours before using it. That was like the last draw for me because I could not take any more bad news and just started crying the trip was overwhelming and I just had enough but Diana was compassionate caring and her supervisor I didn’t get his name but they worked with me he approved for me to use my Groupon and Diana turned the last day of our trip around seriously she was patient attentive calm and respect even when I know I was coming out a little mean but she understood. Me and my family had a freaking ball and it’s all thanks to Diana. Even with all the negativity we had on our trip this one small little gesture meant the world to me and I’m more thank thankful for her.

Fun for kids. Lots of activities and games to play. However, pizza was horrible..burned on the bottom and oily throughout. Hope there is improvement on it so kids will enjoy more

Great family fun! Good price for a full day of activities. Staff was very helpful when needed. Clean and sanitized. Will return again and again!
