Our guide Andrew, highlighted the heroics of first responders during September 11th. We were extremely moved by these rescuers’ selfless acts. He used oversized pictures to narrate this historic event. One should definitely book this tour with Andrew.

Despite rain, wind and cold, guide pointed out and explained so many things; very informative and answered all questions.

I brought my family to NY to take this tour after having done the walking tour last year. I was completely disappointed, the guide was a very nice person but he was really lacking on information on most things from 9/11. I came to find out that this was a different company and was beginning to be concerned that we were being conned. He was unsure of the number of people that died, didn't mention much about the chapel or the FDNY 10 or much of value - to the point that I started asking him questions that we learned from a previous tour and he said I didn't have time to Google it. I told him to do his research because other tours might want to know. I would not recommend this tour to anyone, I am just sad that I couldn't access my old bookings from my phone because I would have booked the right tour.
