Frank is an amazing tour guide. Very passionate regard every thing related to 911.Ours was basically a private tour, only 2 other persons join us. Very informative & very emotional. Will recommend this tour, specially to families with children that did not witness this tragic events or were to young to remember. Thanks Frank. WILL NEVER FORGET.

Frank was absolutely fantastic! I have watched every 911 documentary and have quite the extensive knowledge of obscure details. Frank shares stories most would not know otherwise. Even though I knew some of the rare stories he brings them to a new level with feeling and personalized stories that deeply touched me. Frank takes you to the exact spot and shows you enlarged pictures of exactly where you are standing. I did the museum on my own time but would not recommend just that. This tour is absolutely worth the time and really connects emotionally with us!

While you can do this on your own -- don't. This tour is well worth the money. Our guide - Mary - was very helpful and knowledgeable. They help you navigate through the memorial and associated museum with ease. You avoid the lines and you learn things that you would miss if you did it on your own. We also added the Observatory to our tour and that was a great idea. Again we avoided the lines to purchase tickets and get on the elevator.
