Zion Sunset Jeep Tour

Overview

Take an exciting ride up the mountain as you climb to one of the highest points of East Zion. This is a fast-paced Jeep ride, followed by a relaxing stop at the top of the mountain as the sun sets over the cliffs of Zion National Park and lights up the sky. We provide chairs, blankets, and snacks as guests experience Zion in this unique way. After the sun has set, we again climb into the Jeep for yet another thrilling ride. Be prepared to feel as though you have stepped into a scene from Indian Jones as we descend the mountain! This activity is perfect for groups or families of all ages!

In fall and winter months, be prepared for cold weather! Make sure you bring hats, gloves, coats, etc. to keep you warm while you enjoy the tour.

After departing participants will have views overlooking Utah's Zion National Park, and views to distant plateaus that include Bryce and Grand Canyon National Parks

We were originally booked for the UTV Slot Canyon tour but when my wife injured her neck the day prior to the trip we hade to make other arraignments. The staff at East Zion Adventures were extremely helpful and got us rescheduled to the much less physically demanding Sunset Guided Jeep Tour. The trip was amazing! Our guide brought us along steep and twisting roads that would not be accessible in any other vehicle to see the sunset from remote locations that felt far removed from the modern world. The beauty of the experience was enhanced by our guide's knowledge of the local history and environment, and the pictures he took of us will definitely be framed and placed on our mantle at home for all of our friend's and family to see.

Our family had a great time on our sunset jeep tour. The views and sunset were spectacular. Our guide Mike couldn’t have been nicer and was full of information about the area.

Took a Jeep sunset tour - super fun Jeep ride up to the overlook. Our guide Jordan was super knowledgeable about the surrounding wilderness and told us a lot about the flora and fauna local to the area- including that Ponderosa pines can redistribute their iron into the soil after being struck by lightning to create more pines!! Would recommend Jordan and east zion tours for some family fun!
